Very convenient. The hotel is very close to the railway station and not far to the city center. We were able to find a restaurant (with good wine) nearby still open after 9:40 in Sunday evening. The surrounding is quiet.

Our booking in another place was cancelled last minute and this is the only place available not too far from Uni of Grenoble campus
Le Mokca located in the Rhone-Alps region a 5-minute drive from the centre of Grenoble and close to ski slopes. It offers mountain-view rooms, a bar and secure on-site parking.
It was comfortable enough but boy is it cheap for a reason. A very plasticky bedroom. Stayed in an Ibis Styles Hotel the next night and that was a lot better if still budget minded.
It was a Budget hotel and a budget efficient experience. Breakfast was better than expected. It was all I needed for a good nights sleep whilst travelling
