The staff were incredibly attentive and tried to anticipate what I might like or need. - The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food. The meals were excellent. The staff was super-friendly and helpful. The hotel is tightly managed, quiet, very clean and my stay there was very relaxing. There is a beautiful garden and a convenient parking lot. - A major shopping center is within a 5-minute drive.

Too short a stay to comment on the town but will report back once we stay longer next year. The area is very quiet , clean and picturesque and appears to encompass a lot of history , which is no surprise being so close to Strasbourg..

The room was much bigger man we thought it would be. The room was on par with au-star hotel and the pool would've been a hit in the summer. The room is located behind the house making it feel private. If we come to visit the region again we will for sure check the availability here before anything else.
The hotel is just outside of Hagenau - a very nice town, some 20 mins by car from Strasbourg. Double room is normal size, clean; breakfast is good; staff is helpful.
