Staff were very nice and helpful. Bed a bit hard for my arthritic body, I normally like a much softer mattress.Breakfast was ok, a bit of fuel for my onward journey.

I needed to find a bed without any dinner or other...
I needed to find a bed without any dinner or other facilities late in the day and only for the night as would be moving on early the next day. Therefore cost was the primary concern. It was cheap and the bed comfortable, though the room noisy when other guests were moving around the building or noisy in their rooms. Don't take breakfast option, it was poor value and not as you might expect when at reception. Behind reception is a pleasant looking restaurant, however breakfast for this hotel is in a side room which is not so pleasant and with not a great selection of food and drink. Check in staff did not make this clear when option offered at check in.

Simple but clean hotel for a low price. People were friendly. It was a pitty that you could not have a meal. But in the neighbourhood there were a few possibilities. It is a nice hotel for travellers.

Very convenient for an overnight stop en route from southern France to channel crossings, only a few minutes from the autoroute. Few options within walking distance for eating out but basic catering facilities in the room allow for preparing and cooking a simple meal.

This was the fifth time that we made a stop, from our trip Spain to the Netherlands, in this hotel.
We are as ever pleased with the clean room, good bed and fabulous breakfast.
Nearby (200m) is a nice restaurant “Au Bureau” where we always have a pleasant dinner.
The staff in this hotel are always very helpful and extremely kind.
We strongly recommend this hotel.

We stayed on the outskirts of Saran, so we only visited the large supermarket area (Cap Saran). This seemed to have everything you need with regards to shopping, fuel etc. We were only there for the night, so didn't have time to explore any historical sights.
the staff was friendly but the cleanliness of the room and restaurant was not acceptable for a 3 star hotel. there were spiders and spider nets in the room, some dirt on the floor. the room overall very old and tired. the carpet and walls on the hall looked like after a flood, very dirty.
the tables and some dishes in the breakfast room/restaurant area were not clean. not a positive experience I must say.
We stop here for the night on the way back to Germany from Bordeaux. I didn’t notice I booked a wrong date in booking. Good thing the front desk was very helpful, i was able to rebook it again thru booking. It is only 15 mins to the city of Orleans. Clean rooms also, good for one night of good sleep. There is also restaurant around the corner and McDonalds and KFC is nearby. We had a good one night stay.
Hotel was near the highway but just far enough to not hear ANY traffic. Room was quiet and bed was very comfortable. Great stay. They also have 8 Tesla chargers, and 1 regular electric car charger - I don't know the capacity/speed of that one (we didn't know and we had already plugged in our Renault Zoe on the nearby caravan parking, there was a Freshmile 22kW charger).
The hotel offers secure parking and is within walking distance to restaurants. We received a friendly welcome form the staff in reception, who were very efficient. The lobby is clean and bright and the rooms were spacious and well equipped. We were very happy with our overnight stay and would return here.
The girl on the front desk was beyond helpful in helping getting our covid tests in Orleans. She went above and beyond to help us out. The hotel itself was very basic but you get what you pay for. It was clean and tidy. Parking was good and a short drive to the centre of Orleans so we’ll positioned.
Overnight hotel right by the highway and some Tesla superchargers (Ionity superchargers not much further), the rooms are old and small but clean. Staff is friendly and a baby bed we asked for in advance was already in the room.
