Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Hotel badly in need of maintenance, pool leaking, buckets everywhere, lightbulbs hanging bare and tiles wet and cracked round pool. Bedroom was tired and needed new windows and bathroom.

Overall it was a very nice and relaxing stay, but for a 4 star hotel they would not be getting such great reviews if it wasn't for the location; that plays a big role on the pricing and on the experience.
