cycling on the roads can be a bit scary as roads are very narrow.
le Chelsea restaurant was fabulous and la case did fabulous pizzas.
Vallon de Pont is a fabulous village with lots of restaurants/bars etc and only a short walk away. lovely walks along the river . a truly beautiful area
The chateau is a secure and wonderful place to stay and the flat has most of what it needs.
It is cool, attractive and self-contained.
Salavas is a beautiful quiet village with lots of character, away from the intense tourist venue which is Vallon Pont d'Arc.

Great location to stay in the Ardeche. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and had a great view on Salavas! The hostess thought about everything for her guests, including a good coffee machine at the poolhouse and a home made cake when we arrived!
Good travellers hotel. Hostess was kind, attentive and really well-organised. Room clean, basic and comfortable. Loved the ceiling fan.
