Very well designed - right down to the last detail (there was even a scales in the bathroom - very useful with all the nice food in France tempting one all the time). The kitchen was outstanding. Simply had everything. Great clothes washing facilities.

It is really easy to get too from the motorway, on a road trip. The Village is quiet and you would feel safe with a car loaded up. There is off street parking behind the hotel. There is a pool table in the bar downstairs which would entertain the kids/ adults, there is also a tabac and sweetshop located downstairs too.

Super convenient Gite as I was there for a wedding in the Chateau De Brives , just down the road. Clean rooms , nice breakfast. Great pool and very relaxing environment. Rozeen ( owner) was very helpful..

The Chateau was a big old farm house along the river not far away from the small town of Pons or the main road down south or up north. The small village itself was a charming place to walk and Pons was very interesting too. Our room was really a spacious room with a lovely bathroom. Especially we liked old wooden floor. Breakfast was excellent and the owners showed us real warm hospitality. A good bonus was a small pool in the garden.

Everything, so friendly and helpful. I was travelling alone and made to feel very welcome.
Lovely area among the vines. The accommodation was spacious and very clean. Great room with fridge, dining table, sofa and TV. Area to sit outside in the garden and great facilities outside with a heated pool, play area and games room. Tim the host was great and very helpful with information on the area. We didn't find many places to eat close by, but plenty closer to Cognac , also great supermarket shopping area.
We visited Cognac too which had lots of lovely shops, exhibitions and walks by the river and a park.
