The whole experience was just perfect. Very peaceful spot to what the herons go by and the occasional barge. Beautiful wooden barge inside the accommodation, functional kitchen, comfortable bed. I would highly recommend.

We had a clean, quiet and comfortable room which was good value for money. We enjoyed staying on the river. The restaurant downstairs was really good and we had a fantastic dinner. Breakfast was good as well. We had a dog with us who was made welcome in the restaurant. We went for a couple of good walks along the river. It's a perfect one night stay en-route for other parts of France.

this is our second stay at hotel de L’oise, the first being somewhat of a Jim Morrison pilgrimage. if you want a traditional French hotel, in a lovely traditional French village, with exceptional hosts, friendly locals, truly outstanding food and hospitality, please make sure you come here. we were on our way to our Paris wedding ceremony and the lovely owners were as delightful as on our first visit. we love you Auberge de L’Oise!!!
The hotel was well located for our two night stay and trip to Parc Asterix.
The staff, especially Bernadette, were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the flexibility of being able to come back late one night.
The breakfast was very good value, with a decent range of choices.
You stay at this hotel for the food which is exceptional. This seems basically like a first class restaurant with some rooms added. They are ok but it is the food and the service which are the key ingredients.
Nice little hotel with history, located in a nice environment next to the river and the bridge over l'Oise. Very nice view on the river from our room. Nice hotel staff, cozy stay.
