A lot to like about Le Moulin. Everything met our expectations and in some areas better than advertised. Essentially we booked this particular hotel due to the closeness to renting the boats to explore gorge du Verdon. As I’m also researching hotels for road tripping, the location is fantastic, secure parking, great empty and clear driving roads. The host / management was super nice and helpful. The communal lounge areas were surprisingly well designed and very relaxing, with plenty of books / board games, pool table and art. Our room was spacious too.

Excellent welcome. Friendly & efficient staff. Great location to explore area. Secure parking. Plenty of outdoor space including garden & pool. Much better than average continental breakfast. Great food. Nice village.

The position is great, just by the lake, the cost for the season was reasonable considering the location and the time of the year (july). Probably ok for one night, for backpackers, for hostel-type of people.

We had an amazing experience staying here. The place itself is beautiful, but what really made it special were Franc and his wife, who were such incredible hosts. We booked dinner with them, and it turned out to be a highlight—enjoying great food, wine, and conversation with fellow travelers as we watched a spectacular sunset. Every moment was relaxing and enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommend it!
