Our room was super clean, designed with style, had a very comfortable bed and we really felt rested after sleeping there. The staff at the reception was doing some jokes too and was helpful at the same time.

The pineapple carpaccio was the best dessert I have ever eaten. Excellent restaurant. There is also a McDonalds and Lidl very close by.
There was a lovely garden and a nice pool, which we look forward to using on a future visit in warmer months.

The staff was very nice and the terrace was spacious with lovely views. There was underground parking and easy access to play equipment for our little one. The location was close to nice walks and the beach as well as a few restaurants. Excellent value and would certainly visit again.

A small, quiet resort without being stuffy. There are lots of good restaurants and there are so many seafood options. We can spend our time freely. Recommended for those who want to spend a relaxing time or walking, hiking as there are rare sightseeing place. It is a favorite town that I like to visit every few years.

Nice uncrowded beach getaway. Good place to base out of as its close to Biarritz and San Sebastien. After visiting most of the Basque Coast St. Jean de Luz was nice place to come back to as it was a very relaxed atmosphere. The town had very nice shops and an attractive square with dining all around.

The beach was beautiful and clean, loved the old town, beautiful drinks in the sunset, just lovely. Easy access to Pays Basque and Sans Sebastien for a day trip. Easy to drive to from other places.

It was a lovely little city.
It was a lovely little city. A good place to take a break before heading on to Paris. If I go there again I may stay a few more days. Also the absolute best baked goods I’ve tasted.
The church were Louis XIV married was beautiful too.

I have stayed here before which is why I chose to stay here this time. the hotel is immaculatly clean, has plenty of free parking onsite and is pet friendly, although that was not a requirement for me on this trip.
The gentleman on the reception was friendly and helpful, My limited French was matched by his limited English but we managed to understand eachother with good humour thrown in.
The hotel offers a modest selection of choices for breakfast and is perfectly adequate for most peoples needs, if you need snacks there is a vending machine in the foyer that has hot & cold drinks as well as sweets, biscuits and crisps. My room was very clean and comfortable, it had plenty of wall sockets for using or charging electricals, my only small criticism would be that the lighting was a little dim which made some tasks a little difficult that required more light but this should not really impact on most guests. The hotel although close to a busy road did not suffer from any road noise at all, the bed and bedding was comfortable and warm, the room had an AC and inverter unit but it was not necessary for me to use it so cannot comment on how good it is. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and I would always choose to use it whenever Im passing through on this route, it offers very good value for money in my opinion

This city likes to throw parties! We lucked into 3 in our short stay. Lively town with friendly people and why not, it’s lovely and a very walkable city.
Make sure to visit the hills on the north side of the beach.

A lovely welcome, friendly staff and all round great experience at Hotel Les Goelands. The location is perfect, close to town and the beach but in a quiet residential street. The room was huge, with beautiful high ceilings, large windows and access to a private terrace. Breakfast was great too. We'd love to stay again, for longer next time! Merci à tous :-)
Very friendly and helpfull staff. 10 min walk to resturants, beach or port but easy to get to from the autoroute. Breakfast was good and the resturant recommendation was excellent. There is limited parking at the hotel but there was parking available on the local streets. Will happily use again
Lovely clean modern hotel, easy parking, 2 mins off motorway yet peaceful setting 5 mins walk to stunning beaches. Room was generous, shower was lovely, breakfast great. Dogs welcome and everything stress free and easy.
The flat was idea for 2 people, The balcony was big enough for relaxing and eating. Plenty of kitchen equipment, sockets for
charging our electric bits. Good location, near beach, short walk to center of town.
