The staff member we dealt with was incredibly helpful and cheerful. The Ostalou is very good for a single night as a driving break for a longer journey. There are numerous restaurants close by and the parking although not specific to the hotel is large and free.

Staff were very friendly
A tea tray was provided for us free of charge and they provided food on Sunday evening when everything around was closed!
There’s wasn’t much in the area as amenities go
But there was the most beautiful chateau and tower which has been restored set in a lovely park which you could enjoy with children etc
There are lots of little villages to discover scenery is lovely and of course your not far from Issoire
