The lady who greeted us on reception was lovely. Professional and fun and with a sense of humour. We were made to feel very welcome despite only staying for one night. The hotel location was excellent as was the parking.

The hotel provided a Splendid breakfast and evening dining restaurant where the service was exemplary. The staff were courteous, helpful and welcoming particularly Emilie and Chloe on reception. As first point of contact to visitors they were exceptional .

We had a good stay. The room could have done with an update. Was rather minimalist and TV didn't work (although the TV was not our main concern). As the room overlooks the neighbours (very close) it would have been nice to have netting on the windows. Breakfast was ok.
