Fabulous hotel for a very low price.
Lovely staff!
Huge family room with one double bed, one twin, and a bunk bed. Spotless clean and clearly well kept. Right next to the highway but we didn't hear any noise at all inside the room, it was completely silent. Great location with a restaurant and supermarket 2 min away and Roanne 5 min away.
Breakfast was basic but good, specially for the price.
I would stay here again in a blink!

Staff were awesome. I arrived cold after a long motorcycle ride and they checked me in quicky, found parking for the bike and helped me settle in. Had a very good night sleep. In the morning the staff were great and I checked out without fuss and was on my way. Bathroom was a good size, water hot and bed comfy. Although it was near the station, the area was quiet even for a Saturday night. Nice, traditional french breakfast which is perfect.

It is a nice place if you're looking for a cheap and quiet place, getting to the property is a bit challenging, the stairs are very unsafe,
The bathroom has no windows or extractor fan. extremely hot bathroom because of the water heating system, But a huge apartment with huge rooms. clean kitchen and bedrooms, I will give this property 5 stars because of the location and shopping stores in the area. Parking is free if you're lucky enough to have one. Nice view of the canal from our bedroom window.

I stayed in Roanne for a couple of days to see the town but also to see some of the sights in the surrounding Roannais area, This is the middle of France with many different kinds of scenery, from mountains to river gorges and with lots of history to see that is part of everyday life for people who live in this area. Roanne is a good base for a leisurely touring holiday as well as for a cycling or walking holiday.

The property is amazing, everything is brand new, super clean, you got everything you need, the bed is super comfortable, the location is super near the train station and the town centre so it’s ideal. Just an amazing place. And the host was super communicative and willing to help with whatever issue. Just the best place to stay in Roanne, wish there were places like this in every city.
The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great and very central. I will definitely return as I had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend the hotel.
Absolutely love that I could take my pets with me.
The hotel location is easy reachable from Lyon airport or by car with parking place. It is standard hotel more or less for bussiness trip around the location, breakfast buffet is good enough, the room is clean and comfortable for short stay.
Very friendly welcome and the really great apartment. It's really big and clean. I have recommended it to our colleagues in Roanne so that they can offer it to their guests.
