We picked this hotel as it was close to a tesla Supercharger and we were enroute to Switzerland. We've previously stays at the novotel chain and generally had good experiences.
Unfortunately in this instance we had incorrectly booked the wrong date with booking.com, but within a minute of finding out that we had booked the wrong date it was impossible to change the date. In the end I made a second booking with the aim of speaking to the hotel about the possibility of a refund or change of date. Sadly this was not possible so very unhappy about this...
This Kyriad hotel is 10 minutes from the city centre and train station, near the motorway. It is open 7 days a week and offers fully equipped accommodation.

Rixheim is more or less just an industrial / commercial area on the outskirts of Mulhouse. Read my hotel comment for better info. The hotel we stayed at was conveniently located - and economical for our purposes.
Use Rixheim as a base to visit one of the many museums in Mulhouse or as an entry point to Alsace (take the slow road from Colmar to Strasbourg for example).
Commuter style hotel on the edge of Mulhouse. We were upgraded to a loft style room which was warm, clean and comfortable. Loved the bed with its lovely thin pillows. The shower was fantastic and the room came with tea making facilities.
The hotel has the convenience of a lift and private off street parking, and a restaurant with a bar.
The receptionists greeted us warmly upon our arrival and upon leaving the next day. They tolerated my poor French but their English was excellent. We had a lovely stay.
easy to reach from the highway. good value for a one night stay for those in transit during a long journey. free parking. easy check in even later in the evening. there is an italian restaurant across the hotel where we ate in the late evening (while everything else was closing down). only a few minutes drive from the center of Mulhouse ( park at ponte jeune)
We had a warm welcome, the staff were very accommodating and set up a table for us to eat a take away as we were unable to eat in the restaurant. The hôtel is undergoing a renovation so some of the facilities were a bit worn, but we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
It was a great overnight stop close to the Basel/Mulhouse Airport. Restaurant on site, an adequate buffet breakfast included, secure parking and a very friendly staff. The hotel had an elevator and air conditioning.
Hotel is in great location for travel between Italy and the UK - its very clean ,the restaurant is very good ,the staff are very helpful and it is good value for money - we have stayed here several times
