The town has some very nice older French architecture and is very walkable. You can find everything you need within a few hundred meters. We didn’t use public transportation but we saw trams, buses and the rail station is an easy five minute walk.

Nice city that can be toured in 1 full day. The main attraction is the Cathedral of Notre Dame. Make sure to take the Pommery tour champagne experience (no need to do Villa Demoiselle). Also make sure to visit the automobile museum. Have dinner or lunch around the Place Drouet d'Erlon (which is 5 min walk from the main train station). You can also visit the Basilique Saint-Remi (10 min walk away from Pommery).

A very good place to stay for Champagne lovers and to use as a base to explore the region and is not too far from Epernay by car or train. It also has some very fine examples of Art Deco and Art Nouveau architecture. The cathedral is not to be missed and the Crayères at Ruinart an UNESCO site

We didn’t have breakfast although it was available so cannot comment on it. The secure parking is a real bonus at a reasonable charge. Being underground it meant we didn’t need to worry about things being left in the vehicle and it stayed cool. It’s only a short walk through a beautiful park into Reims centre and all the bars and restaurants. We have used this place before to stay in Reims and will do again in the future.
A really excellent city center hotel. It was very clean and comfortable with first rate decor that achieved a brilliant balance between modern and taditional. It's a perfect location for visiting the delights of Reims and has immediate access to a huge underground car park. We were incredibly impressed by their staff all of whom were amazingly efficient, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was superb!
Nice hotel on the outskirts of Reims - downtown Reims is about 15 mins by car. There are many reasonably priced car parks in central Reims and driving in wasn't a problem. There is a bus stop very close to the hotel taking you downtown but we didn't use it. We had a family room - it was a very good size, very clean, and very comfortable. The staff at reception was very welcoming and helpful. 10/10
We were in room 925 and the bedroom was newly renovated and a great size with all the amenities we needed plus an amazing view of Reims Cathedral. The indoor swimming pool and sauna was perfect for us and we used it each day of our stay. The location was right in the middle of town and 5 mins from the train centre so you couldn’t be in a better position. Lovely hotel - would recommend.

The hotel was right in the centre of Reims, so perfect. No noise from streets below. Air conditioner. Shower and bathroom clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were very friendly and accommodated our lack of French. Would definitely return.
Everything about the hotel is perfect. The bed is so comfortable and great cotton sheets. I love the common space like lobby and hallway. I stayed at the top floor which had a lot of sunlight . Breakfast is ok not the best.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, kindly reserved us a car parking space as we arrived in our campervan. Location was good, about a ten minute walk to Reims centre. The hotel was clean and had a 24 hour lobby.
The hotel literally faces the Cathedral and was perfect for the exploration on foot of Reims. The hotel has the air of luxury with impressive reception and hidden snugs for reading, drinks or relaxation.
