The location was wonderful, surrounded by trees and birdsong and the gite itself was very artistically decorated, with interesting sculptures etc in the garden too. Our host was very considerate and charming. It was an easy drive into Privas and we found a great restaurant.

Charming accommodation. Beautiful terrace. Very welcoming hosts.
The accommodation we had was awful. The room had an ensuite bathroom without an exhaust fan, so it smelled terrible. The bed made noise whenever we moved in it.
Privas itself is a rather uninteresting small town.
It was perfect! We had a pool for ourselves, the tent was huge and had airco and a fridge in it. All we heared all day were the crickets. The breakfast was fantastic; croissants, pain du chocolat, fruit, yoghurt, cheese, confiture.... The hosts (Kareen and Philip) are lovely people who are very willing to help with everything. We had a really wonderfull time at Les O de Privas! The center of Privas is only a 10 minute walk, with nice restaurants in the surrounding. We really hope to come back to this beautifull place!

In the "IBIS" style - basic, but clean and functional rooms- and just outside the centre of Privas. Plenty of parking and the outside eating area is obviously popular with locals at lunchtime.

Really lovely staff, very welcoming friendly and accommodating. I recommend the comfort room which is very pleasant spacious and with a patio or balcony . Loved the swimming pool! The shower is great very powerful. Overall a very nice hotel.
The hotel was out of town but easy to walk to the busier area.
