Great location with a huge room.
Very clean and more modern than other hotels in Pralong. Breakfast was limited to cook your own eggs and pancakes with some continental options. I would have expected more cooked options but overall a nice and comfortable stay.

I highly recommend this for those looking for a quiet but friendly Family resort- beautiful location and such a friendly village. The slopes were enough for such a range of abilities. We ate at the top of the gondola (le Pachu) mainly because it faced the sun, we could always get a seat and the staff were amazing. It was expensive though… 7 euros for a bowl of chips and 4 euros for a hit chocolate. Delicious though!

Very cozy hotel and nearby location for the sking area.
Cathy and Stephane are helpful and very nice people. Cathy accompanied us to present the ski area and the facilities (many thanks for these).
In the hotel , we had a very good breakfast and dinner to test the local specialities. Also there are free charge game room, library room, sauna for the hotel clients. I would strongly recommend this hotel.
We stayed here last year so were very happy to book again. Firstly the owners are very welcoming, professional and helpful, as are the staff. It is a well run family business in a traditional hotel. The food is superb and our dietary needs were well catered for. The indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi were very welcome after a hard day in the snow. We would certainly stay here again.
Nice hotel with wonderful staff. Rooms average size and we had one with a balcony overlooking the town. Breakfast was very adequate. We ate dinner twice. The fixed menu fish was better than the stir fry. There was a nice jacuzzi you had to reserve and it was within walking distance to the chair lifts. It was a very good stay and would recommend it
No stress , simple , under stated mountain hospitality in a magnificent location . The half board evening meal was varied and of a very good standard every evening . They made running a hotel look easy although we are sure it certainly is not easy to keep everyone happy . Fabulous stay . We’d go back .
Great location with a huge room.

the hotel is small and comfortable. a very worm welcome from the owner and the Bar & Kitchen staff that prepared us something to eat although we arrived late.
Everything was tasty , clean and welcoming. A good place to start and end the Park Venoise travel
Location is perfect in the centre.
The beds were a bit too short for people over 1m80.
Breakfast/dinner within expectations.
Would recommend Pépé Gust!
Free parking at the back of the hotel.
We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but the dinners were great. There is a games room with pool table, etc. The sauna and jacuzzi is nice after a long day skiing. Also free parking out front.
Really really nice hotel, with very friendly manager. The village is really nice with lots of restaurants and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Breakfast was nice too.
Very friendly staff, heated pool, hiking options was plenty, good value dinner, beautiful settings. Only had 3 nights at the hotel… should have opted for some more.
