Good location and reception staff quite helpful.
The breakfast was not bad but very basic and water is not even provided.
The bed mattress was however, very comforting.

Great location close to the train station. Decent breakfast but would prefer some eggs to be available. Lady on reception was lovely and very helpful. I asked for a room with sea view and got a beautiful view on the 5th floor. Great value for money. I will definitely return.

Our experience at Hotel Royal Riviera in the South of France was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the reception staff, especially loic, Fabien, Sophie, and Xavier, who set the tone for our entire stay.
The hotel's location along the French Riviera is stunning, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and easy access to the beautiful coastal towns nearby.
The room we stayed in was elegant and comfortable, with tasteful decor and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing holiday. The attention to detail was evident throughout our stay, from the cleanliness of the room to the quality of the linens.
What truly stood out during our time at Hotel Royal Riviera was the impeccable service provided by the entire team. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that we felt welcomed and valued throughout our visit.
The hotel's facilities, including the pool and dining areas, were also excellent, providing us with everything we needed for a memorable stay.
Overall, Hotel Royal Riviera exceeded our expectations in every way, and we cannot wait to return to this delightful retreat on the French Riviera.

Peillon is a medieval village perched on top of a hill, literally at the end of a steep winding road. The village is delightful with great views down the valley so it doesn’t take long to explore it. There are some good walks but the paths are rough and steep so not easy walking, particularly in hot weather. The highlight for us was lunch at Le Plaisirs - a fabulous little restaurant in the village where the food was outstanding and great value. A short stay would be sufficient.

Remarkable village in beautiful scenery, it's a great surprise it's not swarmed with tourists like similar, yet closer to the coast Eze. It's very small and doesn't even have a shop, just one place to stay and two restaurants, but it's atmospheric and not easy to get to (both by car or on feet). If you seek calm beauty, this is a place for you.

Lovely traditional French village that gives you the feeling to be lost in middle of nowhere, out of the world.
The village is very small, one afternoon/night there is enough, one day more if you want to hike around.
Just the road to drive there is impressive and worth it !

It's a fine adventure to find your way out of Nice and the road up to this tiny village, the last miles of which are steepish switchbacks ending right at the Auberge de la Madone and the adjacent village.

We’d love to return and holiday in this area. It’s just the most amazing old village and there’s loads of places to go for walks. A train ride through the mountains would be fun and the sea is only a short drive away.
This stay went beyond all my expectations. Never have I met such warm, talented and kind people. I arrived with my grandmother from Nice. We wanted a peaceful and beautiful stay close to nature. We got more than that… we got the most delicious food from the restaurant, a room with a garden and an atmosphere you can’t find in many places in the world. The interior of the hotel was authentic French, antique and full of personality. I felt home the second I walked in.
Give yourself this beautiful experience. I can't wait to return.
Location is absolutely fantastic! Small village at the top of the mountain next to the hotel is something out of the fairytale, we absolutely loved it!
The hotel itself looks like the time have stopped at the start of the 20th century, clean and cosy and although we had a problem with the terrace door it was sorted quickly by the manager, first class service and good food was also a bonus.
Will defenitely stay again in the future if in the area as the views and place are absolutely spectacular.
You end up in an incredible fairy-tale like medieval town in an old, but very clean and well-kept house, very secluded and peaceful. Enjoy an outstanding dinner at the restaurant and after enjoy a stroll through Peillon and fall in love :) Mr Millo and the staff at the hotel and restaurant were extremely attentive, helpful and polite, they made sure to make our stay amazing! Definitely recommended !
Hearty welcome and very friendly owners and staff all along. They really make you feel at home. Excellent cooking, both on and off the formal menu. Nice wine choices, David will recommend if you have doubts. Great views from the room balcony and from the restaurant terrace. Peillon village at 2 min walk is exceptional. Ample parking space on site.
Superb location of the apartment in Peillon which is a cute hill top Village in Alpes Maritime. Thomas the owner of the apartment happens to be the Chef at the local Auberge de La Madone restaurant. It was a real treat to have amazing food and wine so close by. Also the large sun drenched terrace was relaxing to hang out on.
The location right next to the old village of Peillon, perched on a rock, is amazing. The rooms are very nice, we had a balcony overlooking the steep valley. They have a very good restaurant, we had an excellent dinner.
Amazing food, Thomas Millo (chef) is a genius, you have Michelin-quality dinners at a third of the price, impeccable service by David and a view of the perched medieval village of Peillon and the valley to die for
Peillon is one of the most special places in France, the hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly, also the food and wine in the restaurant was perfect!
Superb view, not everything is up to the latest standards, but if you eat at the hotel's restaurant, it more than makes up for everything. Don't miss it, simply DELICIOUS!
The location of the hotel is amazing, a hidden treasure next to a tiny village. Our favorite was the locally produced breakfast on the balcony with a breathtaking view.
