The lady who greeted us on reception was lovely. Professional and fun and with a sense of humour. We were made to feel very welcome despite only staying for one night. The hotel location was excellent as was the parking.

We had a good stay. The room could have done with an update. Was rather minimalist and TV didn't work (although the TV was not our main concern). As the room overlooks the neighbours (very close) it would have been nice to have netting on the windows. Breakfast was ok.
Room colours maybe not to everybody's taste.
No aircon, but middle of July and it wasn't needed.
Room very clean, bed and pillows very comfy.
Nice shower room.
No fridge.
Steps to climb but no problem to us.
Reasonable breakfast for the money.
Exceptional value for money.

We chose Hotel Siatel, because of the many reviews that it was clean, we arrived and we found out that the reviews were true. The facilities are basic and a bit outdated, but you get what you pay for. It was worth the stop and gave us rest, especially with the kids with us. What is important is that it was clean for us to stay for the night...
We arrived late so used the self check in which stated we had checked in but didnot give us the room card !!!so we were left at midnight in Metz in minus 8 with NO accommodation!!! We kept ringing the number given - No reply ! DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL - absolutely NO customer service a complete disappointment

The hotel is located with the Semecourt area north of Metz so is fairly easy to get to as a stop off on the way to our skiing trip to Bavaria. The bed was comfortable for me and the sheets where nice and clean.
Very friendly staff that speaks perfectly fine English for us that don’t speak French. They were helpful during checking in. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet during the night.
