Excellent customer service from the front of house. We are cycle touring and before we had even got off our bikes the lady came out , greeted us and showed us the storage space. Friendly accommodating staff, they altered the menu to accommodate vegetarian options

Contact with staff only digital, but she gave prompt responses and the communication was clear. Apartment really comfortable with all kinds of utensils and facilities present. Really liked the kids' toys in one of the bedrooms. Living room comfortable. Jeanne d'Arc village and basilica (outside Neufchateau) is recommended to visit. Parking was easy and free.
A last minute booking after deciding to visit Joan of Arcs birthplace, hotel is approx 10 kilometres away, plenty of free parking, nice welcome despite our very poor French, the hotel is functional but nice size room with large bathroom. Book a table in the restaurant the food was great. Three course meal with wine and drinks about 80 euros excellent.
Liked everything. The style of the place; its beauty, the friendliness and helpfulness of the proprieters; the facilities; and the wonderful location in the old town of Neufchateau.
The hotel is perfect to stay for a night when you're en route. I don't know the surroundings, but I'm sure it's also well suited to stay a few nights more and go explore.
A nice Hotel / Motel, with a large car park. The restaurant is a different price level to the cabin-style motel, but well worth it! A good option for an overnight stop.

Everything you expect for a decent hotel was provided; good beds, clean and well equipped room, good breakfast. The in-room whirlpool was a much appreciated bonus.
