Absolutely everything was divine! The room was huge, spotlessly clean, and is appointed to the highest standard. It has a beautifully comfy bed, plenty of hot water, fluffy white towels, and a gorgeous terrace with views over the countryside. As you walk into the room it smells divine with lots of lavender and dried flowers around the suite. It’s only a short walk into town with spectacular views along the way. The hosts were extremely friendly, and so interesting to talk to. They spoke English with us, smilingly tolerated my broken French (ha!), made suggestions for dinner and what to see in the town and around it, and even booked us a table for dinner at a beautiful bistro not far away. The breakfast was amazing - croissants, bread, cheese, homemade jams, yoghurt, fruit, juice, coffee/hot chocolate all served to you on your private terrace overlooking the gardens. I only have one very minor improvement suggestion - perhaps the inclusion of a face cloth/face washer in the bathroom? This is an incredibly beautiful place to stay and we were so impressed with Mas de la Baume and its peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.
A typical Provencal house dating back to the 12th century, Mas De La Tour sits in a 2-hectare manicured park. It offers panoramic views, an outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant, a jazz bar and lounges....
This boutique hotel is located in the centre of Roussillon, a village in Luberon. It offers rooms with views of the picturesque village, the red cliffs or the valley.

The hotel is just I expected! Very charming and nice.
Murs is still a working village. People in and around the village are engaged in agriculture. The people of the village are friendly and open. It is a beautiful village without the glamour of more famous places nearby: it is old with roots going back for many centuries. There is a chateau and a very old Romanesque little church, quite beautiful in its simplicity, The church clock chimes twice every hour and half hour from 8.00am until 11.00pm, so there is no problem at night.
In Summer the swifts scream around overhead and one hears the Scops owl with its curious sound as dusk descends. It is Provence.
What a gorgeous property! Very well maintained, clean, charming, conveniently located for visiting Gordes, this hotel is absolutely perfect -- it offers the ultimate Provencal experience! The quiet village of Murs is beautiful and peaceful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, as were the cocktails. Highly recommend this fabulous hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.
Our host, Pierre, was charming and lovely to chat with. The small town is near many worthwhile attractions and in nice surroundings. Dinner is offered and we patook one time. It was very nice. Our room was a small unit with a separate toile and shower room (private). The smal porch was also welcome, as was the swimming pool! Easy to get to a large selection of restaurants (in Gorde).
The accommodation was set in gardens with a pool. The town of Murs was visible through the trees. The room was well equipped and comfortable with its own veranda and outside seating. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided. There was an en-suite bathroom with an amazing shower. There was also sufficient parking available. Breakfast was brought to the room every morning.
This is a great little hotel set in a beautiful location. The staff were very welcoming and our room was just perfect. Our evening meal at the hotel restaurant was one of the best we have ever had. The breakfast was plentiful and also delicious. We will be back!
The place is truly phenomenal. The view, the garden, the swimmingpool and the house. The attention for detail is at a level you typically only see at a five star boutique hotel. The owners /managers (Rémy / François) do provide a lot of assistance.
Everything was great ! The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was fabulous and rooms decorated with a lot of attention in a typical Provence style. We also had an excellent dinner at the hotel twice in a row. Absolutely recommend this place !
The friendliness of the hosts. They made us feel at home. The cleanliness of the B&B. The hearty breakfast. Onsite parking. Giving us insight as to what to see. They were both gracious hosts. We will return in the future.
