This entirely air-conditioned hotel sits in a garden with outdoor pool and sun terrace, just 3 km from Langres city centre. Its en suite rooms are equipped with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.

Good sized room as we booked an exclusive room as we were tired of pokey small rooms and bathrooms. Proper size and bathroom was excellent. Towels were good. Shower was excellent. Good location for an overnight stay. Secure parking is a good addition and the restaurant next door serves good food.

We were travelling to the Alps from the UK and this hotel is about 6 hours form Calais and so just right for us to stay in overnight. Its not too far off the A31 motorway and is in a beautiful location. The hotel is very historic and has been renovated to a high standard. The whole village is medieviel and is lovely to walk round. The two owners couldn't be more helpful or attentive. They also speak excellent English. Rennie does most of the cooking and both dinner and breakfast were superb. There are only three letting bedrooms so you get to meet the other guests a dinner and breakfast. We will definitely stay there again when we are next on our way south to the Alps.

We only stayed for one night en route from the Alps to the UK. The beautifully renovated bijou hotel with good parking wasn't a major detour from the A31 motorway but far enough away to be lovely and quiet. We had a walk around this picturesque small village - the hotel has informative laminated cards about the village and its history. We arranged to eat at the hotel (nowhere in the village to eat anyway) which was excellent value (4 courses for 32 euros) and quality - it was a set menu but I presume if you had registered allergies etc in advance they would have accommodated this. Frankly I think La Bailli is an absolutely gem and can't wait to go back.

Le Bailli is superb ,we chose to stay here as a stop over on our way to Provence and what a good decision it was. Very friendly owners, a beautiful house in a tranquil location with great views of the surrounding countryside from the garden. The House itself is great and our room was very spacious with everything we needed including en-suite bathroom mini bar and cooling fans Breakfast was very nice served in a beautiful panelled dining room with classical music in the background. Private parking in the grounds and a short walk to the church at the top of the lane (church key available from the owners if you would like to see inside) It was a fantastic decision to stay at Le Bailli and we have already booked for next years trip

If you are looking for an idyllic setting in a stunning property with exceptional food and service then look no further than is amazing place to stay. You rarely find, in my opinion, accommodation of this standard, there really isn’t anything to fault, everything is presented and executed in an such a wonderful way. I would thoroughly recommend this property to anybody.
