Location was excellent, driving through on way back to London. Bed comfortable. Kettle facilities in room. Excellent security, staff at desk all night, and gates at entrance.

The location was perfect for us. Finding the hotel was also not a problem. The staff was welcoming and friendly when we checked in. Overall it is a very clean and well-decorated hotel. I will book at this hotel again for our next event in Batzendorf.

The appartement is super cozy and clean. It has all you need in the kitchen. The location is lovely if you have a car. There is an amazing restaurant near by called Le Marroniere.

So friendly and we were able to communicate even though our French is rubbish. So welcoming and a voucher for an aperitif at a recommended restaurant, which was very good. Room and location perfect.
Delayed arrival due to transport problems. Hotel kept in touch and shifted booking back 2 days with no problems. Booked this hotel because of electric vehicle charging points. Restaurant was excellent, good atmosphere, well presented menu and very good service.
The spa was particularly pleasant. Although a little small, the pool was very welcome after a long journey. The hotel's situation in the peaceful village was nice, and we enjoyed an evening walk in the surrounding countryside.
