Firstly, let me say without question that the staff were very hospitable and friendly and went out of their way to help.
Furthermore, the setting is superb and there is plenty of parking, so on paper this hotel ticked all our required boxes. We did not use the spa facilities so cannot comment.
However...
Hôtel Des Vosges is located in a quiet village in Lutzelbourg in a peaceful setting next to the river. It offers a warm atmosphere and friendly service.
Offering a sun terrace and views of the garden, Hagebuche is located in the small village of Brouviller. Free private parking is available on site. Every room has a flat-screen TV.

Spacious, clean property with lovely furnishings etc. great it had a washing machine and we could hang clothes out in the garden. Restaurant in the village was great, ate there both nights, it is very busy so do book. Don’t miss Le Plan Incline, a boat lift, very interesting. Enough to do for two nights.
