Excellent food,. Very helpful staff, there was a problem getting the aircon working but the staff ( in particular a young intern could not have been more helpful, and sorted the issue)

Very old and quaint building, and as noted by all other reviewers, very steep and narrow stair to the apartment. Not a problem for us, as we are fit cyclists and rock climbers! Apartment (studio) well equipped and good facilities. Care needed for taller people as large wooden beam close to bedside. Apartment only minutes walk from centre of very attractive medieval town with several shops. Local supermarket a few minutes walk away.
Questions sent to owner were responded to promptly and politely. Generally a good experience.

Friendly, helpful staff. First class,excellent breakfast. Superb dinner in the evening at the owners’ sister hotel in Loches sur Ource. Good rooms ( although we were given one without a balcony, having paid for a balcony room). But this didn’t matter to us as the weather was too wet to have sat out anyway! The swimming pool area has been improved and looks very attractive.
