Mello was a charming village with an amazing corner bakery, restaurants, church, hair salon, barber. We didn’t eat at the restaurant in the village. The restaurant at the Hotel De Daniel was too delicious. The church was closed as in most small towns; not enough priests. Everything shuts down in the afternoon for “siesta”. I would recommend Mello for a beautiful quiet stay in a quaint French village with charm. Beyond our expectations.
