the staff were exceptional - the kind of service that is not easy to find in France. Very professional. The hotel itself is very charming and had a lovely decoration. The restaurant was also impressive.
The breakfast in the room was great, luckily for us. I was the only one to take a breakfast so I ended up eating in our room because the hotel cannot prepare a breakfast buffet for 1 person ☹️ The night reception guy was nice to us.
Very friendly staff and parking was free. Best of all I drove an electric car and it didn’t cost anything extra to charge the car at the hotel. First hotel I had seen that had a toilet brush; better to have it and not need it.
The location was perfect. We could park our 2 cars in front of the apartment behind a gate. 5 min drive to Luzarches train station where there is a direct train (Ligne H) to Paris -Gare du Nord - 45 min
location was a few miles from Charles de Gaulle, I had an event at the conference hall and stayed at the hotel later that night and it was good. the staff was very pleasant
