Loriol isn't a great town to stay in, there are plenty of lovely villages around, such as Mirmande or Crest for example. It is well located to go explore around, but I wish I would have booked a place to stay in Mirmande.

Spa Hotel with outdoor pool and Restaurant in the vicinity of Valence at the outskirts of a village called Loriol, set in a garden with large trees and an old Olive tree that gives the name to the place. We booked a family suite, arriving in the region last minute as a stop over to our final destination. This room with a large jacuzzi, balcony and view to the garden, was comfortable and fitted the purpose. The food in the restaurant was very good and the service throughout very friendly.
The hotel is situated nearby the highway, in a very quiet district. Great location! Their swimmingpool was clean and suitable not only to play in the water but also to swim. The swimmingpool is in a beautiful garden: perfect conditions to rest after a long drive. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and with air-conditioning.
Very nice hotel near to the motorway in Lyon, in a very quiet location. Excellent swimming pool which was used by all 6 of us after the drive from Cambrai. Excellent hotel with outdoor terrace and great food, with a McDonalds in walking distance for those in our group who preferred it. Luxury rooms which were a good size.
The hotel is perfect in all ways. We stayed en route to Provence and the wine we ordered failed to appear. Two weeks later, on our way home, we received complimentary wine without asking! That is a singularity exceptional level of service in a busy hotel.
We landed in the hotel by chance after a car break down. The hotel was a real positive surprise. Personnel were extremely nice to us. Fantastic pool and large room. The hotel has much more to offer (nice dinner, spa, etc) but we did not try.
The owners were very friendly and helpful . Stephane took me in his car to the hotel where my friends were staying and came to pick me up later in the evening . Breakfast was very good with plenty too eat .
We stayed here with our two kids for a stop over to south of France. Big surprise is the restaurant which is much nicer as one would expect looking at the rest of the hotel.
