Apart from this hotel being history-loaded for my wife and me (here we got together during a company retreat/training over 20 years ago), the proximity to all the nice cities of Alsace, while being totally silent is just great.

Firstly, let me say without question that the staff were very hospitable and friendly and went out of their way to help.
Furthermore, the setting is superb and there is plenty of parking, so on paper this hotel ticked all our required boxes. We did not use the spa facilities so cannot comment.
However...
Situated in Graufthal, near Saverne and Sarrebourg, the hotel Au Vieux Moulin welcomes you in a quiet and natural place. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests. Free parking is at guests' disposal.

Charming Hotel used for stop off en route back to Calais. It's all about the restaurant really - you have to eat there to appreciate this hotel. Staff all very helpful - food exceptional and easy parking on site.
