WE DONT RECOMMAND this place because the owner is not an honest person. He did not send us the code for the key box the arrival day so we waited more than 3 hours in the street not to mention after 30h flight and 2 young kids and with all the luggage.we had to book a hostel nearby which was expensive (last minute hostel in Paris in.july...). It was very stressful situation! He contacted us only late in the Evening for the code and said he would reimburse a part of the hostel but he never did!we are very disappointed and we dont recommand this place at all!

The issue with this stay had less to do with Le Kremlin-Bicetre than the reason we had to rebook our 3 days in Paris but more to do with Chambre Dans Grand Apartment Paris 15 who double booked our accommodation despite us prepaying E190.00 in full. We were forced to look for alternative accommodation on arrival as the Owner did not even come to meet us at the apartment as arranged or answer his telephone which was on Voicemail. Le Kremlin is just outside the border of Central Paris. So we had to rebook with Le Kremlin and then cancelled Chambre Dans Grand Apartment which might have been the wrong thing to do. Le Kremlin was fine although far out of the central area where we wanted to be.

It’s really great studio in the close proximity to Paris. Everything is new and studio is very nicely decorated, I was very impressed that the owner thought about every small detail that you may need in the kitchen or in the bathroom. We had a great stay here! Metro and bus stops are just nearby, as well as several supermarkets (auchan, lidl, l’eclerc) and restaurants (local cuisine). Tv and WiFi worked well all the time. The owner is very friendly and tries to create a super comfortable spot to stay in Paris. Thanks again!
My friend and I wanted to visit Paris since this place was at a reasonable price and distance from the attractions we chose it. We certainly are happy with our choice. The place was so clean and cozy, also it has everything you need for your stay. From microwave to hairdryer. Last but not least, the host is so kind and hospitable. I am also truely grateful of him since he repaired my shoe that got broke by the time I arrived in Paris.
We only stayed at the hotel to sleep and it was perfect for that. We had everything we needed, we can say that generally the hotel was clean, and finally a place with normal water pressure and normal hot water in the shower. The staff were also nice and the reception was very helpful with all our requests.
Even though the road is relatively close, the noise was absolutely not disturbing if we closed the window.
Being a budget hotel, I wasn’t expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised when arriving! The room was spotless and well cleaned during our stay - there was plenty of space for our luggage and even though the bathroom is separated by a curtain it was no hassle and the water stayed in the shower. I would stay here again, a great option for Paris if you don’t mind staying out of the main city a little bit.
The hotel was better than expected for its value. Certainly better than others that are more expensive. The food was very good and varied. The restaurant and it's staff are nice, tv screen to watch the football match. The bed is big clean and comfortable, toilets are clean and the room was warm when I entered it. For a one night business trip, it is the best option I could recommend.
While this place is outside of Paris, its only outside of it by a block or two. It is far from everything though, but the #7 metro line gets you in the city fairly quickly. The price was good for everything provided. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and the lockers were attached to your bed and locked/unlocked by your keycard. Its the best locker set up I've seen at a hostel.
A cosy studio with an exceptionally equipped kitchen as well as toiletries and cleaning supplies for the duration of the stay. The hosts were also kind enough to provide us with breakfast as well as some beverages to get us started on our holiday. The location is very close to the Metro which easily gets you to the centre of Paris.
Very very clean, cozy and luxorious studio in Paris! Juliette made us feel very welcome with good coffee, water and tea. The studio is very close to the Metro from where we could easily travel to all the highlights of Paris. We could even see the Eiffel Tower from our balcony!
The studio was really clean and located really good,very close to metro and bus station. The host,Juliette,was really helpful and the instructions for check in were really clear. I just loved the studio and if I will come back to Paris definitely will book this place again
Everything was OK except the bed...
The apartment was clean and new. All things you need are available there. The location was a little dar from the city's center.
The only bad point is the uncomfortable bed. If there was a usual bed o give appartement number 10....
We liked the location of the stay, it was very easy getting the subway anywhere around Paris and it felt pretty central and busy. The host was a very big help whenever we had any questions.
It was good and clean and more than my expectation in Paris. I lost my phone and the reception man found it and gave it back to me. I really appreciate it.
