Very nice friendly, family-run hotel in the Ardeche. Food was of a very high quality, most made on the premises. Lovely pool and SPA
Good, solid hotel with comfortable, clean, bright, modern rooms with some nice extra touches like electric blinds, usb ports on each side of the comfortable bed, a work space, a good rain shower, nice fluffy towels. The room was larger than the typical european hotel room and had a separate WC in addition to the shower room, all en suite. Quietly off the main drag in Langogne but can easily walk to cafes, restaurants, etc. Buffet breakfest with many things on offer. In all, an excellent value for the price.
This simple apartment is located in one of the original buildings in one of the oldest streets in Langogne. Excellent location for visiting the old centre and cafes and museum. It has everything you need to be comfortable. The host responds promptly and is very helpful and kind. As it is in an original building, the staircase to the first floor entrance is narrow and steep, and there are stairs from the bedrooms to the bathroom. But this all adds to the charm of staying in an original house.
The hotel is very conveniently located in the center of Langogne. The room had separate bathroom and toilet (something I appreciate). The room was also looking recently renovated. The lady who is at the reception is an angel! I came to the hotel as a hiker. In the evening she allowed me to get a take-out pizza and have that pizza in the breakfast room. I really appreciated her being so friendly.
Due to train delays I was arriving much later than expected, but messaging the hotel, they were very accommodating.
The room was a good size, & the bed enormous. More pillows & cushions than I have ever seen. 🙂 very comfortable.
Large bathroom also.
Breakfast was in the very impressive ground floor area (bar I think ). Very old style chic, but rooms are modern.
Internet was down. Not necessarily the hotel's fault but I had to wait at least 15 minutes while the receptionist was on a personal phone call to give me attention. The ashtray in the room was DISGUSTING (I have photos) and the group at breakfast ate EVERYTHING and nothing left for solo travellers. Nothing was replenished. STAY AWAY.
The hotel is an old house in a quiet location and we had a nice room. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the hotel in the evening and the food was delicious and not expensive. If we had stayed longer, it would have been good to be able to use the swimming pool.
The owners are so nice. They work very hard and made us feel very welcome. the room is a good size with a nice shower. very nicely located. we had dinner at their other hotel across the street and diner was very nice
This is a basic clean somewhat formulaic hotel. Easy automatic check in.Good value for what it is but not a hotel that you would want to spend a lot of time in
very comfortable hotel, relaxing lounge area, great walks/gardens. Friendly and accommodating staff, catering for us despite the restaurant being closed.
