The owners were fantastic. We arrived late after a long drive and they had prepared food for us. They were happy to provide recommendations on things to do. The Atelier and its surroundings are beautiful. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, perfect for our family. We will definiately come again.

Traditional hotel in an atmospheric old building right in the heart of Tournus behind the abbey. We had a spacious room which although old fashioned in style was with all mid cons and was warm and comfortable.

This hotel is really well situated near the centre of Tournus - very close to the Must-See abbey, and to the town centre, which is well worth exploring. Parking is not on site, but just as good as, being just opposite the hotel. A comfortable room and bed, and a decent breakfast, with a welcoming and helpful host.

We really enjoyed our stay at l'Atelier du Relais. We stayed there with our family of 5 people and rented the spacious and nicely decorated appartement with two separate bedrooms, and an extra room. The domaine is beautifully green and the swimming pool is absolutely a bonus. The table d'hote and breakfast were delicious and we enjoyed very much the warm welcome by the owners and peaceful atmosphere. Laives is a pittoresk village. It was a pity that we stayed for only one night, we will definitely come back for a longer period.
