A beautiful Logis hotel, in a wonderful setting close to the magnificent old town of Collonges-la-Rouge.
Our room decor was wonderful and unusually artistic. It was very hot when we stayed, so we were very grateful to have air conditioning in the room, a facility not often found in hotels of this kind in rural France.
The owner and staff were very friendly and gave advice on the local area.
We dined in the hotel on one night (the restaurant was closed on our first night) and enjoyed a lovely meal, sat outside on the raised terrace, with beautiful views.

The ambience of the old country home really made us feel welcome, but it was the owners who were the stars of the show. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they really went the extra mile for us.

We could sit on the veranda and enjoy the tranquility of the garden. The host was very attentive to our needs with an ability to make you feel at home. The location was great - very close to Collonges la rouge and other beautiful villages. The bedroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable.
