The receptionist, all of them are excellent. The spa person is amazing. The night shift person helped and even offered me a coffee as I had to wake up early for a race.

The location was wonderful, with a top floor corner unit with balcony looking out over the roof of the restaurant and the street and beach beyond. Parking was plentiful, though getting into it was tricky, if you come in from the north, as you must detour through the beach parking lot, then cross diagonally, somewhat against the oncoming one-way lane to get in. The staff was friendly and helpful and fluent in English. I loved hearing the waves crashing at night.

Great place for summer holidays🙂🙂🙂 Everthing od there, the beds are really comfortable and there is a cozy patio. The swimming pool is wonderful and a rout to the ocean is really pleasent. There is a bike rent close to the place. The host is very nice and friendly... I will definitelly come back to this place.... I love it!!!

We just loved this beautifully designed, small but streamlined chalet style apartment raised up on supports and built with a covered terrace and great views to the lake. The double bed was one of the most comfortable beds we’d slept in and everything we needed was at hand. The walk in power shower was impressive and surprisingly roomy. The microwave, kettle and fridge were adequate for our needs together with crockery, cutlery and glasses for two. Despite being a busy family resort it is surprisingly quiet at night. The hostess Chloe is absolutely delightful and was contactable throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning in the future.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel on the beach, unfortunately the town and area is undergoing roadworks, and once I was able to navigate round them to the hotel, it didn't effect my stay.
There are plenty of places to eat and lots of lovely shops to browse around.

This was not our first visit to Lacanau, we will certainly come again as we really like it. But probably not in the high season, Can be very crowded at weekends and parking is limited.
We usually come in the spring or at the tail end of the season, There is a great variety of restaurants from seafood to pizza and which fit all budgets - all within walking distance of eachother.
Great beach, surfing clubs. lively at night.

Great location, easy to eat out or self cater, far enough from the centre to not hear the night life as much. Town has plenty of shops and restaurants and night life if you looking for it. Great views of sunsets from the balcony. 1 minute walk and you're on the beach, very convenient location. Apartment prepared for self dining if wish to.
The hosts Sandrine and Laurent mdr us feel welcome. Everything was easy and we felt their subtle presence was really about making us feel great and to simplify our stay . The property of nice and clean easy to access and the decorations give it a nice holiday touch . We got all the basics infos from Our hosts to kick start our holiday and felt like having insiders tips on the area . For staying in a guest house , Sandrine and Laurent really created. The perfect holiday nest and they add the perfect vibe with their kindness and attentions
Very hospitable owners, the lady spoke English, the man was very cheerful. We liked the location right on the cycling path that takes you to the beach in 12 minutes and to the lake in 15-20 minutes.
The bike rental was for free so it was very easy and the cycling through the pine forests was definitely a highlight of our trip.
The breakfast was also good. The apartment was clean and modern.

The location was excellent only a 10-minute walk to the beach and downtown. Lovely surroundings and quiet neighbourhood. The property was clean and mostly well- equipped. Kitchen had everything you would need. The 2 rooms were of a good size. Great outside balcony area. The rental agency were very helpful and accommodating.
The location is very nice. Views from the room are great on the forest/golf course. We saw deers a few times too. La Baignoire restaurant/bar is a great place to have a drink or dinner and the staff is very nice. Nice to cycle around and bikes can be rented directly from the hotel.
Loved the hotel it was beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable and stylish. I loved the outdoor pool and the spa. It was a really good location and close to lacanu-ocean. We were able to hire bikes from the hotel, which was great. We would stay here again.
Well equipped house, great location! 3 minute walk to the beach, 12 minute walk to the center of Lacanau Ocean. Spacious. Great outdoor space and parking inside the automatic gate. Lots of natural light. Motorized blinds over the windows for at night.
The hotel is in great location. Everyday housekeeping included a bottle of water for every person. Airconditioning was working and quiet. Nice bathroom with shower. Provided with toiletries and dental kit. Both rooms had separate door to the bathroom.
Very well maintained and clean little hotel. Rooms are new and simple but nicely decorated. Breakfast is very affordable. The owners are very nice and friendly.
