Simple 'motel' type of accommodation with door onto the car park. on the edge of an industrial estate so mostly used by work people, not really a tourist hotel. Very close to the motorway. We were allocated Room 1. Property is listed as wheelchair accessible BUT IT IS NOT!!!!!!
No drinks available outside of breakfast time. Vending machine but out of order. Some distance away from any other eateries etc but there are adverts for pizza delivery in the vestibule. Carrefour supermarket and fuel outlet just on the roundabout outside the property perimeter.
Friendly black cat on the premises, it clearly is used to coming into the rooms as it tries to come in every time the door is opened. I am very allergic to cats and developed quite sore eyes and coughing.
The hotel is on the outskirts of the town and did not offer the evening food options we were looking. As we were on mkotorbikes, we opted to walk into the town for dionner which was most acceptable. The room was as described, bathroom clean, good shower and the breakfast was typical continental - it did what is says on the tin. A good option for an over night stay en route to ....
Perfect location for a stopover on the way down south (and back). The price was very reasonable, the rooms were clean and the staff were lovely. The parking was really convenient and secure. There is a petrol station and supermarket just across the road. The hotel will make a restaurant booking for you, if you want to go out and the local town is quiet and pretty.
Excellent choice for our quick stopovers in both directions travelling to further south in France. Clean, comfortable, well located and well priced 'motel-style' hotel. Hospitable hosts speaking good English and serving a fresh croissant at breakfast. They were happy to reserve tables at nearby restaurants for us.
It’s conveniently located as a stopover hotel. Good for families as one double bed in one small room & a separate small bunk room.
Plus there is a small children’s play area outside which is very welcome after a long journey.
everything, location was beautiful and tranquil and very spacious .The young couple that own the hotel there was very helpful and very accommodating as well as extremely nice and friendly.
Room was a bit dated but very clean and comfortable with all items needed. Breakfast was very generous. The man who checked us in and ran the hotel was very helpful and pleasant.
