The hotel was spotlessly clean and every room looked like it had been recently refurbished and was immaculately maintained; door locks, windows, bathroom equipment, entrance door, breakfast room equipment, all was like new and worked perfectly. The owners/managers (?) could not have been more helpful, friendly or accommodating, I was allowed to park my motorcycle at the rear of the property during my stay.
This former post house is now an elegant hotel in the heart of Bagnoles de l'Orne historical district, facing the Ferté-macé Forest. Hôtel Normandie offers a garden and a terrace.

A delightful small hotel which felt very personable. The decor of the bar and restaurant is really welcoming and well appointed. The restaurant in house is very popular. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were wonderfully attentive and absolutely lovely!

Good food, both dinner and breakfast. Proprietor and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy but rather old fashioned. Pleasant dining room area. Nice countryside away from the town.

Lovely lady (owner) always asked if you were ok. Slept well. and other family members too. Brilliant location for everything. Main road ,town, etc. Fantastic breakfast and evening meal. Great parking. Room a very good size.
