We booked a spacious apartment upstairs with a terrasse outside. Chantal is a fabulous host, she is very attentive and does everything to personalize your stay and to accommodate your preferences. Breakfast was copious and homemade. She also volunteered great recommendations for hikes and must sees in Metz. Thank you so much! We hope to come again. The lady who greeted us on reception was lovely. Professional and fun and with a sense of humour. We were made to feel very welcome despite only staying for one night. The hotel location was excellent as was the parking.

No sitting on the terrace under the stars this time as it was raining!! But our one night stay was excellent and breakfast was fabulous. All homemade and delicious. 🤗
We drove North through Liege the next day but so thankful that we were ahead of those awful floods. We hope La Maxe wasn't hit by them 🤞
