The apartment was actually much nicer than the photos suggest. It is very nicely decorated and the beds were very comfy. It was easy to contact the host. For 4 euros extra we could use the parking space. Only 3 km from Stade de France (paralympics).

Our stay at Agréable 3 pièces avec Parking à La Courneuve Gare was comfortable overall. The apartment's location is very convenient, being just 200 meters from the backside exit of the La Courneuve metro station and 300 meters from the main exit. This proximity to public transport made getting around Paris easy and efficient.
The safety measures at the apartment are noteworthy. The entrance to the gate and the building itself is secured with multiple safe codes, which provided a strong sense of security throughout our stay.
The kitchen was well-equipped with sufficient utensils and appliances, allowing us to manage light cooking during our stay. This was particularly helpful and added to the convenience and homely feel of the accommodation.

Apartment was clean and tidy. We were (husband and I and son and wife) wanting a place to literally put our heads down as we had an exceptionally busy schedule attending rugby world cup and sightseeing. We spent no time whatsoever in the apartment except for sleep, shower and a coffee in morning, so we were only there from midnight and leaving by 8am every morning for 3 nights

It is easy and fast to get to Paris city center by train from Aubervilliers/La Courneuve train station, but to get there, you need a bus ride. Unfortunately the bus rarely runs and usually crowded.
Another option to take the tram to 8 May 1945 Metro station, but this area is dirty and looks dangerous.

Great little town just outside of Paris. 10-15 minutes from Gare Du Nord on the train means you can be in the centre of the city and seeing the sights within 30 minutes of leaving your hotel.
Also, there are some shops, bars and places to eat nearby if you want to avoid the additional cost of eating/getting supplies in the capital.
Wow, we loved this place! Such an amazing time, we'll be back for sure! The location really surprised us, and we loved how Natalie made this apartment for anyone visiting to feel like they are at home. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting France looking for a comfortable stay. Location on point close to Metro line La Courneuve to get to tourist attractions. I booked this hotel for three nights. On the day of check-in, my flight arrived at Charles de Gaulle at 1:00. I told them the check-in time was between 3 and 4. When I arrived at the hotel, they checked me out. The door didn't open, I was told that the check-in time is over, so you can't check-in. I also booked ibis hotel and stayed there.....no one should go to this hotel they are thieves
The question of bfast is not applicable since that was not served at the hotel. The one good thing was that transport into the Paris was very easy and accessible since the tram was a cool minute or 2 walk away from the hotel. The metro was also very close to the hotel.
We chose the hotel because there were a parking area for customer (although the fence will never been closed) and this hotel is close to the CDG airport for afternoon flight.
