The breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially pressing my own orange juice.
The restaurant staff was lovely, but five stars to Maymoena at Reception. She went above and beyond in assisting us with Uber and Bolt rides, directions and information.

The entrance to the bar area was great, also ordered food one night and really enjoyed this I got Caesar salad great size, husband got burger and chips and ordered fish fingers and chips for child which he eat.
Expensive but it was nice.
The bouncy castle outside and wee arcades was good for the kids open until about half 10 which was perfect.
The room was clean on arrival and didn't hoover in-between stays tho, Beds where comfortable, rooms was spacious.
The shuttle bus was great not waiting long and not too far from Disney although it could be a better system as sometimes fighting to get a space.
The reception staff was nice only 2 who I would say out the. all that could maybe be a little more friendly.
The swimming was open until 10 which was good but pools where freezing.
A 10 min walk to the supermarket was so handy.
Overall we were happy, it has its faults which can be approved and was make it better.

So close to the rer! Short train ride to Disney. Hotel is very accommodating to Disney goers. They were able to store my luggage before I even checked in.

It’s really awful!!! Room didn't match what we booked. Not everyone speaks English and has absolutely no knowledge of Disneyland Park (tickets, working hours, etc.) The hairdryer did not work in the room, there was no spare at the hotel, the safe also did not work. The room is very noisy. There is no water, slippers and bathrobes in the room. The transfer is very limited (you need to book in advance) goes 2 times per day
The hotel is located in what it seems like an old village, so that was nice, it was quite cozy. In the parking lot they had only 1 electric charger, which was more than enough for our stay as there was only one other electric car.
The hallway and rooms are small and quite tight but comfortable.
Its around a 10 minute drive to Disneyland Paris and 11 minutes to the outlet. Its pretty well located.
The rooms are very comfortable, quiet and nicely decorated The bathroom is modern and well equipped. Continental breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Location is great with easy access to Val d'Europe and Disney (we had a rental car). Our host is a charming person and we had total privacy. We had already stayed several hotels in Serris and le Chat Botté 77 beats them all in price and quality
What a fantastic hotel. 15 mins drive from Disney. Paris easily accessible by train. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the room was huge (we had a family room) really comfy beds, lovely big bathroom.
The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, nothing was a problem - and breakfast was delicious.
Breakfast is quite basic, but because there is no other restaurant nearby, you can book it if you don't bring your own.
The hotel also has a free shuttle bus that can be booked to and from the hotel, and the driver was waiting for us after the return time, for which we are extremely grateful.
Absolutely lovely hotel, nice decor and lovely clean bathroom! Location was good, only 10/15 mins out from Disney. One particular staff member, the night time restaurant waiter, was so lovely and got the best customer service! Overall, was a very pleasant stay!

The hotel is close to disney park and they provided a free shutle to get us to the park. Breakfast was very good and the room was clean and comfy(the bed was great)
