Location near the castle, so very close, is brilliant. Staff was very friendly and helpful.Rooms were luxurious. Beds were good and breakfast was excellent. Parking very close to the hotels apart from the visitiors of the chateau a pleasant service, avoiding having to look for a free spot.

The room was good and had a door that opened straight outside which was easy with the dog. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was good, like so many of these hotels it's in a semi industrial area with good access to main roads and autoroutes. The reception area was nice and welcoming and the reception staff had read our late request and put us in rooms next to each other that were even adjoining which helped massively with being a family and having shared luggage.The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. It's clearly a family run business.
Fans had been placed in the rooms (although very grubby and dusty) due to the heat as no air con.
A beautiful property to stay at. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Accommodation was very good and the bathroom and shower excellent. Had a good choice for breakfast and we did not have time for the pool unfortunately. A wonderful experience

On arrival our reservation appeared to be cancelled. We were not aware of this, and the reservation was still confirmed through booking. The owner however insisted he had cancelled, so we had to find other accommodation. We were treated rude and very unfriendly, so we definitely do not recommend chateau de Nanteuil
