The morning of our arrival the owner cancelled our booking. The fact we had it booked six months in advance to ensure we had somewhere to stay says something.of the panic we faced finding another alternative. Appalling. Do not book this place! The owner has marital difficulties and cannot rent.out his apartment without the partners consent.

We loved the dining room with baby grand piano, and we had dinner prepared by the wonderful host and the food was amazing! We can’t wait to visit again, it was perfect!!!! (We also loved the friendly dogs:) )
What a find! This is a beautiful richly-decorated peaceful countryside hotel in gorgeous lush grounds. Our sumptuous room had a four poster bed and roll top bath overlooking the garden. Amaury was a wonderful host.. so friendly, helpful, interesting and interested. Fantastic good value stopover about an hour from Calais.
