This is an exceptional property. The renovation is stunning and in complete harmony with the building and the surroundings. The decor and finish is beautifully done. The room was very comfortable, the spa lovely and the food and cocktails delicious. The grounds are a delight to wander in, and the views onto the river Blavet are beautiful. The staff go out of their way to make sure you feel relaxed and welcome. We would love to return.

We have visited Hennebont many times but usually stay with a friend.
On this occasion this was not possible so we booked the Ibis Hotel, it was very convenient and we could walk to most places, that we wanted to visit.
Good bars and shops and lots of walks, particularly along the Blave river.

Hennebont is small, lacking points of interest to visitors...
Hennebont is small, lacking points of interest to visitors beyond its chateau and the horse show center (which is only operational at specfic times of the year.) It has limited restaurant choices.
Nor is Hennebont particularly well located to use as a base to visit more well known tourist attractions, though we used it that way.
Nothing!!! What is should say about it? Lift broke the day before we left, room was dirty, noisy, shabby, yes it is Ibis budget but this doesn’t justify missing basic elements. No smoke detector, no fire alarm. Dirty carpets on corridors, bad smell, and guys I haven’t seen keypads with code since 90s I didn’t know still exist in some hotels. I had the worse 4 nights ever I didn’t know Ibis budget was that bad.
It was the perfect stay I wanted. I wanted to visit Hennebont ping center daytime and work at night. So, the Hennebont, super appartement au coeur de la ville had everything I wanted. Super fast internet, all the appliances for cooking my food, a supermarket a block away and a nice view of Hennebont town. The biggest thing was the super responsive host. I will definitely book this if I ever visit Hennebont.
