Location is in the nice area, however, if travelling by public transport it is a bit far from the closest bus stop. Especially in evenings, it's not easy to get to Roubaix or Lille since last transport is around 10pm. We came to see a concert in the Colisèe in Roubaix and had difficulty getting back after the concert.
Somehow I thought it's a B&B but it turns out it's just a downstairs bedroom that is being offered in an otherwise private house.
It is close to Villa Cavrois, so that's nice. And the garden of the property is lovely and private.

The staff was friendly and helpful. There was an extended choice for breakfast. Location was good (roads nearby, quiet location, citycenter (Roubaix and Hem) Easy to reach by car (and not far). Big shoppingcenter only a few km's away. A great place to start the day with an excellent breakfast, exploire around and return to for the evening.
As a cyclist visiting for the Paris-Roubaix cobbles and velodrome, ths was a perfect location and a very welcoming budget hotel providing secure bike lock-up, clean rooms and nice breakfast and dinner with bar. Very friendly and helpful staff with good English.
Nice historical place, well decorated and renovated. Garden view is a denefit. Very comphortable beds, good breakfast. Cosy and warm, like at home. Hotel owner Xavier is very hospitable. Strongly recomend this hotel
