Reception excellent, care & attention to detail with plenty of info. We arrived late so went to bar for a glass of wine or two, and staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was good, and they gave us a free taxi back to airport shared with another couple.

We booked the hotel for a night before our flight. We enjoyed the cosy atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the functionality. The stuff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was diverse, with really good coffee. A big plus was the fact that breakfast is served from 4 a.m. and that the shuttle service to the airport was included in the price.

room size is good, very clean, and comfortable. you get all you need. they also have a nice swimming pool, sauna and fitness not big but good size as there weren't many people using it. it's about 8 minutes from the airport, and the property provides convenient return shuttle services; call when you arrive for the estimated pick-up point. most importantly, the staff are friendly and you also get a free welcome drink which I had a pint of nice beer. :)
Set in a former post office dating from 1640, this hotel is located In Sierentz, in the Alsace region. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant and relax on its terrace, by the garden.

Excellent meal and setting. Staff really friendly despite our lack of French
Great location for airport stopover. Very basic amenities and the standard of the towels was shocking, it was like a rag in bright pink. However it did the job for us so other than the towel no complaints.

stay here if you need to but otherwise you will not be that impressed. There were clean sheets but stains left on the wall which could easily have been cleaned off. Toilets and showers smelt and felt really musty and damp.

The staff will order in take away evening meals on request. Very convenient location for travel to airport. Also buses from close by to other areas. Good breakfast. Great wifi and coffee and snack machines available onsite. Staff will order taxis on request. They sell little travel essentials like shampoo and eco towels. I travelled from here to Germany and it was very convenient.

One of the lady’s was extremely helpful when checking in and ordering dinner and tried her best to help us understand the menu. The beds were comfy. There was a lot of hair in the shower when we went into the room.
