This was a rather lovely rustic-meets-Scandi-style bed and breakfast about fifteen minutes drive from Angoulême city centre. We were traveling in business matters and this place suited as the best. It is not far from the highway, its clean cossy and It has got this special style that we all liked. Owners great us with smile and goodies even thou we were coming late in the evening. Veary nice place higly recomend.

There was no breakfast - not a problem because we were not expecting one. Host did leave coffee/tea/brioche buns and cold water, so this was welcome. We stayed at the height of the heatwave and Josee had done evrything she could to keep the accommodation as cool as possible, so this was greatly appreciated. the best thing was the stone floor downstairs which cooled you down from the feet upwards!
