This is my second stay at Auberge des Pins as I seem to pass through Sabres during my cycling adventures in the area (this time Pau to Bordeaux mini break). It never disappoints: Bike friendly place, friendly staff, spacious clean rooms with view to green quiet garden/park. And the restaurant is, without a doubt, the best in town!

Excellent breakfast, welcoming hosts fascinating building and an intriguing garden. The hosts also provided a recommendation for a restaurant in a nearby village which was not only open on a Monday evening in October but provided surprisingly good and good value food.

never met anyone here. you get your code and key at the entrance - some machine bank register like. great wifi connection, location close to the road to proceed your trip but not that close to disturb you during the night by noise or road lights. clean bathroom facilities. wonderful mattress. if you got here on Sunday there is Mcdonalds nearby to buy food or there is a snack machine at the lobby

Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and all very fresh, the staff were lovely. My daughter left her teddy behind, the staff found it and kept it safe until we were able to stop in on our way home to collect it. The beds were a good size and the room was comfortable, it was really quiet too which was nice.
