Not only did she welcome us with a lovely clean room and modern bathroom but was very kind to let us share her kitchen to eat our evening meal. She prepared tea and coffee for our breakfast and was very friendly to chat with. She definitely went out of her way to help me work online as well.

I booked the hotel because of close access to the airport in Montpellier and this proved to be the case. There was no car park for the hotel but the manager was very helpful in finding on-street parking. The hotel itself was beautifully presented and very quiet with a lovely pool. All the staff were very helpful and a good meal in the evening was a definite bonus.
