so informed, but I did not see any! Very friendly unobtrusive hosts, who were very helpful to me. Part of the reason for my trip was rehabilitation from a serious arm injury. Brilliant cycling country.

Such a lovely quiet location, perfect for our trip back to the UK from Malaga. Wonderful grounds and the chalet is perfect for two people, with everything you need. Fred is a lovely host, with this being our third visit.

Very well equipped kitchen. The place had everything we needed and was very peaceful. Great size garden outside the back. The owner was very friendly and did everything they could to assist our stay.

The hotel is exactly as it says it is: few frills but everything you need, and in the middle of Fresnay-sur-Sarthe. The star is the proprietor, Didier: welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Because of the pandemic he has had to close the restaurant for the time being, but I would expect it to be well-worth a visit. These hoteliers are real heroes. Thank you for a fine stay.
This is a great value hotel. It's certainly seen better days but it's run by a very friendly man, offers a very generous breakfast, the rooms are quite large and comfortable and it's just across the road from the pedestrian part of town
Location was very good , breakfast normal French style , Didier was very helpful and spoke very good English and made us welcome,for a two star hotel we found it surprisingly OK
