Modern, stylish and everything highly efficient. I imagine a cool place to stay for families. Went out of season so might be a bit manic in summer as Carcassonne receives over 3m tourists per year!!

A very interesting modern building recently redeveloped as a hotel, it has everything you need onsite if you are either on a stopover or on a cocooning break and don't want to put a toe out of the property.
The decoration is thought out and the restaurant serves good and plentiful food, including some vegetarian options.
The outside-of-town/surburb location was perfect for us, if however you want to visit the town or go out at night, you will need a car.

The room was well furnished and modern contraries to the outside look . And the food at the bistro was very typical French colluded with local people. Which we loved .
We loved the hotel and the workers. They couldn't of been more kind They did our laundry, folded and done just right. Everyone as so friendly Perfect place to stay with parking on site.. Highly recommend this place.

Very well located - convenient from the motorway and in a super little village. An interesting property and first class service with welcoming receptionists.
I'm not sure why, but it was much better than we had expected and for the price we thought it super value for money. We would certainly stay there again, but for a longer time.
Good secure parking at the back of the hotel.

Dominique and Karine went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. Even driving us into Carcassonne and Trebes as we didn’t have a car, and the taxi prices are high. Thank you so much you lovely ladies. Our stay with you was everything we hoped for, and more. Perfect for the pair of us in need of a weekend of relaxation.

The chambre d'hote was easy to find, and had the wonderful atmosphere of staying in a fine old French house, full of character, attractiveness and calm. Our bedroom was enormous, with beautiful old ceilings and high windows. We arrived in mid-afternoon, hungry, and - although it was outside meal time - our hosts provided us with a wonderful platter of pate, cheese and wine. They could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We would certainly return.

Overall beautiful place. Nice pool but no shade. Not all rooms feel the same though. Some are great with nice appliances etc and others feel very cramped with slanted ceilings. Not all aircons work. We had to change to another room. They were kind about it.
The hotel is in a great location if you are travelling by car, just 10 minutes out of town. It was lovely and quiet in the village and the gardens of the hotel were beautiful, we were really pleased our room opened right out onto the garden. The staff were friendly and attentive. We ate a lovely dinner in the restaurant and experienced really great service.
The Chateau de Floure is a charming historic property which managed to keep its soul. The people at the Chateau are kind and helpful and gave us much information on the property. The area is lovely and wonderfully quiet. We definitely recommend the restaurant of the hotel which was delicious.

Very pleasant hotel with excellent and very pleasant hosts and good food. A quiet retreat after Carcassonne but close enough for it to be an ideal base. Recommended for those who do not like large chain hotels. Good pool and bar next to it.
this is a most gracious hotel in a glorious old building - and we were very well received by Mme and her staff. so friendly and helpful. The Gardens are spacious and beautiful - pool excellent and the dinners of high standard

The interioior decor and artifacts were really interesting and provided a good enviroment and that aspect of the hotel was exceptional
Fabulous Stay! We loved Chateau Floure! We celebrated our wedding anniversary here. The room was beautiful, all staff were amazing and the chef was incredible! The food and service was just amazing.
