Just 2625 feet from Epernay city center, this hotel is just a 2-minute walk from to the Avenue de Champagne where the famous champagne houses such as Moët & Chandon, Mercier, Perrier-Jouët and De...

Location is excellent, at the beginning of Av. Champagne, walking distance to downtown, restaurants and the most famous cavas. All the staff is very competent, they know the region very well and they provided lots of great suggestions and information. The owners are very kind and they do their best to help their customers and make sure they have a very good stay. Parking lot ihas enough spots for all the customers. Rooms were impecable and very clean. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was perfect for us, which is typical french style: included ham, cheese, yoguhrt, croissants, cereals, no warm food options . We would be happy to stay in this hotel again

Beautiful hotel tucked away between the vineyards, really gorgeous. We had a fabulous room junior suite with a balcony overlooking the vines, so peaceful. Really worth the money. Staff were so kind and helpful Marc was exceptional. Good breakfast in a lovely lounge.
Only disappointment was on Booking.com it shows that the hotel has a restaurant which is why I booked the hotel, but unfortunately they no longer have a restaurant.

Great breakfast.
This 19-century residence is in a park planted with trees in the outskirts of Epernay, the capital of the Champagne region.

Stayed a year ago and returned due to great service and room. Enjoyed having lunch by the pool this time. Love the dinning room and the décor throughout the hotel. Services is great and staff very helpful.

Beautiful boutique hotel- 4 rooms - not
Like a hotel- guests in your friends home. The owners could not be more delightful or accommodating. Usually usually stay at Crayères in Reims- wanted to do something different for the first two nights- loved being in downtown Epernay- can't say enough good things about this property or the owners. Oh, and loved having my own private sauna and whirlpool... a First for me in a hotel room. Amazing.
On average, 3-star hotels in Épernay cost $116 per night, and 4-star hotels in Épernay are $238 per night. If you're looking for something really special, a 5-star hotel in Épernay can be found for $399 per night, on average (based on Booking.com prices).
My second visit. A lovely town with good choice of restaurants. Quiet but with everything you could need and the added bonus of the Avenue du Champaign. The Avenue is a good option for pre dinner drinks in the grounds of the champaign houses too.
I prefer Epernay to Reims as a place to stay and it was so easy to get to Reims by train that I felt we had made the choice for the best of both worlds.
Taxi's and ubers can be a bit hit and miss and take a while to arrive so dont leave it till the last minute

Very disappointing to visit at Easter - most of the champagne houses were closed and the good restaurants were all full. I have been before in the summer when its much better. I must recommend Kitsch Cafe - literally the best coffee I have tasted in France.

A lovely city with plenty to see and visit, lovely bars, restaurants and cafes. Of course the champagne tasting is a must and we found a town called Monthelon with wonderful tasting at a small champagne house called Denis Frezier. A must if you visit this area.

Epernay is an easy drive from Paris or take a train.
Epernay is an easy drive from Paris or take a train. There is a lot to see and do and beautiful countryside and small villages to explore if you are into food and wine it is a paradise but remember bookings are often required moths in advance for some tours. Be aware it does not target the budget traveller so be prepared. there are cheaper meal options and great shops with ready prepared french classics to re heat.
Overall a great place to Base yourself. We try and Stay at La Mignonette it is well located with parking and your own kitchen and laundry. it helped stretch the budget.

Amazing place if you love Champagne but also if you want to learn more. The newly opened museum is very useful to understand how nature and human genius created the Champagne success. People are generally very kind and smiling.
We had the pleasure to have a tasting in Champagne Michel Gonet which we suggest.
The only bad experience has been with the lousy service of the "Brasserie de la Banque". We booked a table 3 days before going there because of a special occasion and received the confirmation. We entered on the booked evening at 19.50 and at 20.28 no one came even to ask us if we wanted to drink something. We simply left and the old person at the entrance (who showed us the table 30 minutes before) even did not notice it . Fortunately there is the place "Brasserie Le Progres" in face of it. We have been happily there three times in three days

Our friends recommended we stay in Epernay rather than Reims and I am glad we did. Epernay and the main street which is world heritage listed is lovely to stroll up and down, and it's easy to pop into a champagne house for a quick drink. Make sure you book your Champagne House Tours months in advance as we left it late and missed a few of our favourites. We drove to Reims for Veuve, Pommery and Mumm and Moet and many others are in Epernay. Reims was about 30min drive and the champagne houses provide parking.
Great location and a really comfortable apartment. We were not driving and wanted somewhere that we could enjoy tasting champagnes and relax. This was the perfect location, with the tasting room and shop for independent vignerons a short walk away. The apartment is owned by a family champagne house and their champagnes could also be enjoyed in their bar restaurant which has a lovely tranquil garden. The apartment has a great view of the Epernay Balon and nearby vineyards. We enjoyed sipping champagne and looking out across the vines!
Jean-Luc is a great host, very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, very tastefully decorated and spotless, with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful garden. And the breakfast was delicious - plentiful with delicious fresh bread and pastries, coffee, eggs, cheese, ham etc etc. Good also that we were able to park for free in the street very nearby and that La Petalerie is within walking distance of the town and many champagne houses.
Excellent location. It was convenient to the places we wanted to be. Walkable, clean, safe.
The front desk staff, Bea specifically, was incredibly lovely. My French is A2 and she let me go on fumbling and being understanding until we both realized we could talk to each other in English. She was so helpful - beyond helpful - when it came to recommendations, helping us grab a bottle of champagne at the hotel bar, and even a future trip to Portugal!
Me and my husband enjoyed staying in this apartment. It is clean, the location is super central, 5 min walk from Avenue de Champagne, Parking nearby. Together with market, grocery shops, cafes etc.
Communication with owners was absolutely amazing: clear instructions prior to the visit, some nice tips for the local wineries, places to see, etc. Though we did not meet, this communication was one of the best ones we ever experienced in our travels.
What a lovely property within the middle of Ay. We didn’t have much time to look around but the bit of the local centre was lovely. Very near to Epernay. We did their champagne tasting and had a few glasses of their family champagne. The breakfast was really nice and the honesty bar was great after we got back from dinner. Bedrooms and bathrooms good sized and with clarins products, nespresso and a chocolate!!
The rooms were fine, about what we were expecting at the price. Lovely showers. A bit basic but for what we wanted they were certainly good. Brilliant breakfast served by our host for whom nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is placed within a 15 minute walk of the centre which we did on several occasions, Very good parking, something Epernay is very short of. Wouldn't hesitate to return,
The Loft Inn in Epernay is a newly remodeled, clean apartment in a convenient neighborhood near the city center with a supermarché and boulangerie nearby. It has a kitchen with a ceramic cook top, a coffeemaker and a small fridge, but no dishwasher. The bathroom has a nice wand shower (the rain fixture is present but not hooked up), and a small sink and vanity. The bedding is okay.
Something that is not evident in the description is the best feature. There are three bedrooms and each one has an en suite bathroom with a shower. The apartment was simple, adequately appointed and very clean. Parking is right in front but be sure you pay during the day. Very convenient location within Epernay.
The hotel is beautiful and the staff are friendly and helpful, especially with restaurant reservations (which are recommended). It's about a 20 min walk into the center of Epernay and there are many champagne houses within walking distance. The breakfast is wonderful as well. Highly Recommend!
Bed was extremely comfortable. Great location with secure parking which was exactly what we wanted for an overnight stay driving through France. Anne-Marie and Bruno made us feel extremely welcome. We received a complimentary glass of champagne on arrival. Breakfast was excellent.
We had actually booked another place to stay in Epernay, but that didn’t work out, so we quickly needed something else. The hotel is situated in the center of Epernay with ample parking spaces nearby. Clean and tidy rooms, good beds and big enough for one night. Staff alright.
The property was very well equipped and good for families, and the location made it a perfect base for exploring Epernay and the Champagne region. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and it was great to have secure off-street parking.
The apartment has everything you need and more. I really felt like at home. The location is quiet and near to the centre. Audrey is very hospitable, we even tried the champagne from her House and took a bottle home. Highly recommend!
Great location, walking distance to all the champagne houses. Also walking distance to the train station and restaurants in the town. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly.
The location of the property was fantastic. Very central in Epernay and close to some bars, restaurants and a supermarket (and of course the Champagne houses)
