The hotel is perfectly placed for a stopover in the area - a historic building in the centre of town. Our room was quirky but very comfortable and had a beautiful balcony perched above the street

Arrived to a large car park and hotel and carried bags up two flights of creaking stairs to our nice large room. Big disappointment that it was a public holiday and the hotel restaurant was closed with an impressive menu. The owner’s son was the chef with extensive experience which showed in the menu and reviews. We had dinner in the only place open, a pizza place 2 doors away.

This hotel is centrally located and has a restaurant where you will enjoy a delicious meal. They are also able to accommodate vegetarians or vegan guest. The servers very professional and friendly. My room was big, the bed super comfortable, and quiet. The price includes one hour at the sauna. A great way to end the day! The breakfast buffet has a good variety of food. If you have food allergies, like yours truly, then talk to the hotel manager when checking-in to arrange for special meals.
I got my needed rest at this hotel.
It was a one night stay, we arrived late and could not see the city itself. But the hotel is just perfect. Room is big and has everything you need. Comfy bed. Big tv. Everything is clean. Pleasant temperature in the room (A/C) and even pleasant smell. Breakfast was delicious. There is even a possibility to book a sauna for free.
The staff are amazing, from giving us a welcome drink on arrival to giving us a pot of jam when leaving! The building is impressive, with excellent decor, and it is beautifully situated. The food is the best we have ever eaten in a hotel. The local town, which is just round the corner, is quaint and interesting.

Not much. The underground car parking was convenient.
It’s more like a 70’s motel feel than a hotel. Very functional. Food is hugely over priced. Staff come across more patronising than sincere.
The village of Ensisheim is a wonderful location. The building is amazing, with an incredible amount of charm. The staff were incredibly nice. The room had everything you could want.
The hotel itself is beautiful, historic from the outside but modern inside. The staff were very helpful, dinner was excellent and the room was lovely with a very comfortable bed.
Large suite, comfy beds, with a lovely ensuite shower room. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Good local restaurant recommendation as the hotel restaurant was closed.
Well go there all the time when I'm going to Cernay. So it's a good hotel I guess. The breakfast is good, the pool and spa are also a bonus. The rooms are clean. ...
